| Ingredients:

4 # Idaho potatoes, peeled and cooked

1# salt cod, drained, and soaked in milk for 24 hours

6 eggs

6 stalks green onions, diced

2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Salt
and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Transfer to a 2" deep
half hotel pan.
- Let chill.
- Cut into shape.
- Pan Fry and finish in a 350° oven.
