| Ingredients:
- 1 bag
frozen cranberries
- 1 cup
sugar
- 2 cups
water
- 2 cups
orange juice
- zest and juice of 5 oranges
Method:

Combine
all in a pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce
the heat and simmer till the pectin is released and the cranberries
thicken.

Stir
often to allow the cranberries to cook evenly.

Remove
from heat, cool and serve.
