Pizza Dough

 

 

Ingredients:

10 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. dry active yeast
5 cups warm water

 

Method:

  1. Dissolve yeast water and allow to dissolve.
  2. Place flour and salt in mixing bowl with dough hook.
  3. On medium speed, add the yeast and water to the flour and work for 15 minutes.
  4. Place dough in oiled mixing bowl and allow to double in size.
  5. Punch down and repeat the process.
  6. After the second rising, the dough is ready to use.
