Method:
- Dissolve
yeast water and allow to dissolve.
- Place flour and
salt in mixing bowl with dough hook.
- On
medium speed, add the yeast and water to the flour and work for 15
minutes.
- Place
dough in oiled mixing bowl and allow to double in size.
- Punch
down and repeat the process.
- After
the second rising, the dough is ready to use.
