Basil Tangerine Vinaigrette

 

 

Ingredients

2 shallots
1 1/2 cups tangerine juice
4 cups blended oil
1/2#  basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Combine shallots, tangerine juice and basil in a blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Slowly add the oil until it is fully incorporated.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
