Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

 

 

Ingredients:

4 cups sundried tomato, reconstituted
1 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup whole garlic cloves
20 basil leaves
1 cup olive oil

 

Method:

  1. Combine the sundried tomatoes, olives, garlic, and basil leaves in a food processor.
  2. Puree till smooth while slowly incorporating the olive oil.
