Method:
- Sift together
flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Slightly beat
eggs and stir into flour mixture.
- Add water and
walnut oil and stir till smooth.
- Push through
perforated pan or spaetzle maker into pot of boiling, salted water.
- Spaetzle
floats when finished cooking.
- Remove with
spider/strainer and shock in cold water.
