  • Aureole - I dropped roughly two car payments on dinner, but worth every penny.
  • Barolo Grill - Phenomenal Italian cuisine in Denver.
  • Charlie Trotter's - Was in Chicago and was able to get into the Patrick Clark memorial dinner, impressive.
  • Norman's - On a trip to Miami, had the most amazing Foie Gras of my life, paired with a Sauternes.
  • Olives - Love the rustic style of the food, have tried both Las Vegas and Aspen stores.
  • Bouchon - Not a huge fan of the French Bistro style, but Bouchon is winning me over.
  • Chesa Veglia - One of the best traditional Swiss restaurants.
  • Vesta Dipping Grill - One of my favorite hangouts in Denver, great food and good tequila selection.
  • Japon - Denver's best Sushi
  • Matsuhisa - Had one thrilling meal and one horrible experience, the thrilling meal still wins out.
  • Range - Not sure if Chef Charles Dale is still there, but I know when he was, it was phenomenal.
  • Joseph's Table - Joe and I worked together, I was excited to see him open his own place and do so well.
  • Striped Bass - I dined at the first incarnation of this wonderful restaurant, before Alfred Portale reopened it.
  • Rioja - A cool Mediterranean restaurant, been there 4 or 5 times.
  • Panzano - Just like dining in Italy, without the airfare.
  • Lola - Coastal Mexican food, tableside guacamole and a boat load of tequilas, what else do you need?
  • Joel Robuchon - The epitome of fine dining.
  • Restaurant Kevin Taylor - Classy, chic and ultrafine dining with an amazing wine list.
  • Daniel Boulud, Las Vegas - Great service, amazingly simple yet robust flavors.
  • Tomatissimo - Contemporary European cuisine in Germany, it was outstanding.
  • Izakaya Den - Fresh Sushi and Euro/Japanese Tapas.
