Denver.

Charlie Trotter's - Was in Chicago and was
able to get into the Patrick Clark memorial
dinner, impressive.

Norman's - On a trip to Miami, had the most
amazing Foie Gras of my life, paired with a
Sauternes.

Olives - Love the rustic style of the food,
have tried both Las Vegas and Aspen stores.

Bouchon - Not a huge fan of the French
Bistro style, but Bouchon is winning me over.
