Is there anyone who doesn’t love brunch? I think not. It’s the perfect meal time… you get to sleep in, take your time, in fact, you’re encouraged to be lazy! Over the last few years I’ve missed going to to brunch, kids, generally more than one, at a sit down meal out at a restaurant tend to take all the joy and relaxation out of the experience. I went and shot this dish for Zagat’s 8 Essential Brunches feature a week or two ago, it reminded me how much I miss brunch and how I need to suck it up and drag the family out for a late Sunday morning meal.
